Right now, there isn’t a bus parked in our driveway.
There’s a savings account.
A plan.
A timeline.
And a lot of intentional work.
We are currently saving with the goal of purchasing our rig this summer — something we can renovate and make our own before we officially hit the road on January 1, 2027.
This isn’t about buying something perfect.
It’s about finding something with potential.

Why We’re Buying a Fixer-Upper
We don’t want a turnkey RV.
We want a project.
We want:
• A space we design ourselves
• A layout that fits our family
• A build that reflects how we actually live
• A process our kids can be part of
This rig won’t just be transportation.
It will be built with our hands.

The Saving Season
Right now, during the week, we’re working hard and living intentionally.
We are:
• Paying things down
• Selling what we don’t need
• Downsizing room by room
• Researching options
• Learning about bus conversions and RV builds

What We’re Looking For
We’re still deciding, but here’s what’s currently on our radar:

• A solid mechanical foundation
